Frank, Picasso, Bach, BJP and the Badger

I really connected with Robert Franks self-portrait of his life in the country he called his home, printed in his book 'The Americans' .............which of cause does not make me unique.

But can the photography world refer to him as a Picasso or Bach, or is he the photography world's Picasso?
