Navy Blue Sky.

As I closed the curtains, just before nightfall, the sky was a lovely deep blue. Lights were being switched on as people arrived home from work to settle down for the evening. A lovely atmosphere.   The extra is a calendar view of Pike's Peak, in the Rockies, Colorado  Springs, which can be seen from my daughter's front porch. I have a calendar every year to remind me of my family who live in this beautiful area. As I don't fly out there these days, the family visit me but for many years I spent lots of time with them in Colorado, as my grandchildren grew up. The  extra photo is by Todd Caudle.
