On ridiculous quiet roads for a Saturday morning (thanks to the rugby final) and once Rich kicked me out of the door, I enjoyed an exceptionally pleasant circuit round the reservoirs. There was just this little bit of light left before the rain set in.  

While England lost 12-32, my 11-32 gears were onto a winner on the hills.  My new gear cable seems to be on form too even if I wasn't!

Time for a massage with Dar and some firework training for Little Dog.
