Congratulations James

Martin and I attended James's graduation ceremony at Oxford today.  There were gowns, hats, bow ties, a great many formalities and the ceremony was in Latin - live streamed so any other interested parties (I think just the grandparents...) could watch! 

Needless to say Martin and I are so VERY proud of him.

It's been a very long and mostly wet day.  I understand James is going to a party but us oldies have had quite enough excitement and after a long wet drive home have retired with a glass of wine!
