Chris & Shelly

Geoff's birthday today and Chris & Shelly came over for dinner. Lovely to see them. My grandson is due on 25th November so exciting times ahead. 

Had physio and acupuncture today. The physio said it would help me to sleep. I certainly hope so as I am about to call it a day.
