Crafty

I've sort of made a resolution (note the 'r' ) to try & make something by hand every week, however small.

So, starting off very small, last week I crocheted this little piece from a pattern that described as a coaster. Not sure about whether I'd use it as that! I'm still thinking about it.

I reckon that was the first time I'd picked up a crochet hook in over 20 years, if not longer!

The current week's project is a scarf knitted with a weird & wonderful fancy yarn. I'm having a small bet with myself as to how long this particular resolution will last :-)
