Day of leisure?

Sunday is supposed to be a day of leisure but we’re in the middle of decorating and sorting the house out a bit so we were painting, clearing and doing trips to the tip!

One thing I am very definite about though is that Sunday is ALWAYS roast day....and one thing every great roast must have is crunchy roast potatoes!!

Do you like my trio pans in the background?? A friend of mine called them ‘Nana pans’ because they look like something your Nan would have! I love them and they are perfect for doing enough veg for the two of us and as they only need one space on the hob they help with saving the planet!! :)
