Muffins

My daughter has a stall at Holker Hall's Winter Market where she and her friend are selling a range of home-made, artisan muffins. 

They've baked around 900 muffins, in three different flavours - Yuletide Spice, Chocolate Orange and Blueberry. And they sold like... well, like hot cakes. Chocolate Orange sold out first and then in a bid to shift all the stock, and in true Apprentice fashion, they dropped the costs for the last hour and sold the lot.

All costs covered and some spending money for Christmas presents. And they've raised almost £250 for the Christie Hospital in Manchester.

An excellent weekend.
