Murky Monday

Set off at 7.45 am for a walk with D, it was drizzling a bit at the beginning of the walk and chucking it down at the end! But still a good to start to the week. D’s jacket blends well with the fallen leaves.
Heard from son A that the apartment above theirs had had a small fire! The sprinkler system had put it out but their bedroom had been affected by the water and is uninhabitable. Not what they wanted after a long drive back from Louisiana! They’re trying to start packing for their move later in the month as well. At least no one was hurt.
