Big visit from big important people at work today, so no actual work could be done, just lots of standing around looking pretty.

I was stressed and grumpy all day but Matt convinced me to go out in the evening and it helped. Paul and Ellie cooked a huge batch of chilli (enough for all 11 of us) and got out their new fire pit. Realistically it was far too stormy for a fire but we embraced the drizzle and wind.

Played a very tense game of Tension then headed home much later than I intended.
