Had an appointment with my practice nurse this morning for my yearly  cholesterol check, and while there asked about the shingles jab, as I had heard it is available.  She will contact us when we can have it.

Headed down the centre afterwards and had some late breakfast as I had fasted overnight, and then met the HG who had been at a Committee meeting this morning.

After lunch we had a wee trip down the valley, where there were some lovely long views, and I took the opportunity of taking this blip.
