Tiny Tuesday

A square of Osage orange, also known as a Hedge apple. I picked up a dozen of them, because we use them as decorations, AND...they are supposed to repel spiders.

Does the strange fruit really qualify for Tiny Tuesday? The fruit itself doesn't. It is much larger than a regular orange, more like the size of a grapefruit.

But, the tiny cells that make up the outside peel DO. I picked this one because it looks like an important body part.
