Walked with D - up and over the moor - this being the view seen on the way back into the village - Bingley in the centre and Baildon Moor beyond

First Pilates class for 9 weeks - won’t be going to Bingley and beyond for teatime drinks with friends - just the local - may have to take a medicinal brew whilst there - just to ward off any stiffness that may develop
