Cattle Egret Rookery

There was quite a fuss  coming from this tree near the beach. I discovered that there was Cattle Egret Rookery in that tree. Most of the birds were on the "other" side of the tree, but I got a shot of these Egrets at the top.

Ellie was so excited to play in the sand at water's edge....today was the first day she had buckets and a shovel. She loved digging and transferring a water from one to the other. We had so much fun watching her play; she laughed so hard when the waves washed up on her. See the extra photo.
