Abstract Thursday

At a loss for ideas I scoured the house for something abstract to blip and came up with this. Any idea what it is?

Fortunately Minty didn't seem to suffer any repercussions overnight from his "tasty snack" yesterday, then this morning I came downstairs to find several bits of a carcass that Leo had obviously left after his night-time hunt. Ugh, I almost boaked!

After stocking up on essentials in Alexandria I've had a quiet day with just the cats for company, but since both of them seem to sleep all day, I've been getting on with my library book: 'Coffin Road' by Peter May.

I've now added an extra to show that my abstract was the lid of the coal box that sits at the fireside.
