Cucamelons

Incredibly, over the last few weeks these tiny little fruit have all ripened!  We had a couple ripen ages ago, but now they are all ready.

They are tiny little melons, grape sized, that taste a bit like cucumbers.  Not sweet, but crunchy and a bit tangy.  I shall take them to the garden club meeting on Friday and see what folk make of them. Apparently you can put them in your gin, but I'm not a great fan of bits of fruit in my drink!
