Food Festival

Had a nice day off. Firstly took the washing machine and dishwasher to bits. Unfortunately both were beyond repair. We managed to get a second hand washing machine from someone in the village. Got the guys to refit the curtain rails. Had a session with Jack and played with the Xbox (first time in 10 months) until K & C came home.

In the evening we went to Taste of Abu Dhabi which “is the definitive showcase of the capital’s best restaurants, top chefs, live music and leading food & drink brands.”

Our tickets gave us three food and two drinks vouchers, as well as UB40 playing
