Netherlands in abstract

Took this long exposure from the train and with the gorgeous abstracts of AkkuV in mind I hoped to get a nice abstract too... I haven't got a clue about his techniques; long exposures and lately Pep Ventosa skills too, but what else?!
Mine is no more but long exposure and having brightened up the light a bit.
