Hmmmm - what would you do?

Didn’t return to work today as planned. Needed to rest as the shoulder pain was making me feel queasy.

But I did want to go to NoaNoa’s parents evening, because it’s the beginning of his GCSEs.

He’s doing just fine and his teachers like him for being involved, enthusiastic and boisterous. His grade predictions are just fine. His chatty’ness and lack of persistent focus is no surprise and not so fine.

But at these parents evenings, there is always a second hand uniform sale. Some of the stock is given in for this purpose and some of the stock is unclaimed long-term lost property.

We bought a replacement team sweatshirt for MightyMouse who left his on a field somewhere.

Whilst Elbows was cuddling it, waiting for our next appointment, we noticed that there was a name tape inside it. We then noticed that the mother who had probably sewn in the name tape was sitting across the room.

We sat there, Elbows, NoaNoa and I, smiling and slightly embarrassed and undecided.

We did nothing. What would you have done, I wonder?
