Friends Clump

Late afternoon walk on the Ashdown Forest with the spaniel and a very brief sunset that never really developed. In the distance is Friends Clump - a group of Scots Pine. Ashdown Forest has many of these clumps,most date from the 1800s although some are older and were used for hunting hides. Friends Clump is different, it dates from the  'Plant a tree in 73' campaign. I think we need another of those.
