Magical morning

I have had my eye on the "patch" of plumbago, near the gym.......... the patch of blue and green, contrasts with the dead grass.

So, before turning into the gym, this morning, I stopped the car, to blip it.

Glad I did.

I managed to catch the sun, giving the photo, a little bit of magic.

And, enjoyed the magic of stretching, swiming and "cooking" in the sauna , at the gym.  Then came home to make my osteocalcin video.  Tracey had sent through the drawings, for it, timeously and for the most part, I liked them.

PS.  Osteocalcin is currently my new favourite hormone.
