Dolly up Dunrod Hill

I decided to have a walk today to help try and clear my head and provide a nice distraction. I started off intending to walk the cut and went in the opposite direction to usual. I stopped for a snack at a bridge over the cut, it leads to a path I hadn’t taken before so I decided to follow it and see where it went. It took me up to the summit of Dunrod Hill, I’d never been there and didn’t know this trig point existed. Fantastic views and it did help clear my thoughts. My feet were soaked by the end, boggy in places and I stepped in a few deep bits but worth the fantastic views.
