Not Cornwall

Penny sent me these photos of some oil paintings she has spotted - although I am not sure where she is. (also see extras). This one is my favourite. I said to go ahead and buy it. however she said that the VPN was very bad at the moment and I can tell from the WhatsApp message that my reply hasn't reached her phone yet. Which is s shame.
