Caution

SATURDAY

Back to the Parkrun this frosty morning after a lapse of three weeks.  I headed over to the nearby one at Brighouse at Wellholme Park which is now on the 4-lap winter course which avoids running on the grass. I managed a time of 24:31.

Spent over two hours raking the leaves fro the lawns by hand (why didn't I use the electric rake or petrol leaf vacuum).

A walk up to the moor this afternoon. A trip to the Vue cinema to see The Good Liar (which was brilliant) and then a meal out at Pizza Express in Halifax.
