Pretty In Pink

I landed back from Denver this morning and had a long sleep when I got home as, unusually, I hadn’t been able to sleep on my break. When I woke up it was a beautiful afternoon so I went for a walk down by the lake. You almost got yet another lake view, but then I saw this bush while I was walking and it really caught my eye. I don’t think I’ve ever noticed it before and I have no idea what this pink flower is. Beautiful as it may be, it certainly doesn’t seem to fit in with the normal autumnal colours.

Can anybody let me know what it is?
