Wood for the fire?

the trunk left over from the high winds the other day, - someone has had some lovely wood for their wood burning fires???
The extra shows that we still have some autumn colours in the Beech trees. 
First proper walk this week, after the long days at the hospital, and it was good to get out into the clear air - with NO rain!!!
