Armistice Day

Singing Abide With Me in the car park of a local supermarket with fellow shoppers and the Salvation Army band wasn't how I expected my day to go, but we found ourselves out at 11am for the 2 minutes silence and was glad to find a small gathering to join in with. Such a shame so many others couldn't find the time to stop for 2 minutes, but those who did observed it perfectly.
