Looking Back

A quiet day following a wonderful weekend in Dublin.  It was a really rich and rewarding visit with wonderful travelling companions. I have also come away inspired to find out more about Irish literature (especially Seamus Heaney), politics and social history, as well as finding out more about my many ancestors from Ireland. 

On my return I dug out the pocket guide I had bought for my previous trip and found a bus ticket inside. Whilst I knew it was a while back, I was suprised to find that it 29 years ago. 

Hopefully my next visit will be somewhat sooner.
