Two items in readiness

Ticked off the list, even though I never write anything on them until January 1st - just an old habit.
Not raining this morning so able to take car to garage regarding the wipers.  Complete new unit needed, will not be ready until Wednesday as part will not arrive until tomorrow.  
Fortunately No2 son will take me shopping tonight or the ladies will not have any lunch tomorrow.  It will not be my usual supermarket as his van is too tall for the underground car park.  Might have difficulty finding things!
