Going Green

Not entirely sure what this is, but I think it may be some sort of grasshopper.  It was on the outside of the kitchen window this morning and stayed there for several hours so I was able to try shots in different light conditions.  I'm not sure whether the bloke who walked past at one point and saw me training my camera close to the window thought I was some sort of Peeping Tom.

It's amazing how dirty the windows seem to be when you do a macro shot of them.  Thank goodness for the retouching tool!
