Autumns Last Gasp

It is a sunny but cool day, comfortable with only a sweater and light jacket.  The forecasters are telling us that very cold weather is imminent.  We had a cold night two nights ago, cold enough to wipe out all my flowers but the last two days have been quite lovely. 

I went to Lake Artemesia to get some exercise and hopefully find a blip.  For whatever reason, there are always lots of Mockingbirds there and today was no different.  I got a few shots but this was the nicest (because of the background) if you can overlook the fact that he is standing on a trash container.    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
