Duck Breast

Duck breast with pomegranate, duck fat fried potatoes, and green beans with piquillo peppers. Wine: Domaine de la Noblaie Le Temps des Cerises Chinon 2018.

A rather delicious dinner after a particularly exhausting day of class planning. The wine was surprisingly fruit forward for what I’m used to in a Cabernet Franc, but it did have nice floral and herbal notes.
