Slow

Walked to and from a neighbouring village along the roadside this morning - seeing leaves and colour aplenty - once around this bend the road straightens and becomes The Mad Mile - as its known locally - some drivers do go rather quickly along it - the slow road markings meant for the motorists - not me

No Pilates but meeting friends shortly - the conversation won’t be slow
