Am Anger

Sometimes twitter is useful. I recently learned that Croft-an-Righ, a road near Holyrood Palace doesn't come from the Gaelic Croit an Rìgh - the King's croft but from Croft Angry. Angry is a Scots word related to the German Anger, a small meadow.
