Marmalade

Another busy day. I finally got around to steam cleaning my kitchen floor as there was rather a lot of spilled beeswax stuck to it! That took a long time!
We needed some more marmalade so I did a batch with one of those tins of prepared peel, they are not bad.
Then I made a nice quiche for our tea, but it needed another 10 minutes in the oven just to finish the pastry.
We changed and set off for Keswick as Rob was giving a talk on whales. As we turned off the M6 I remembered... the quiche was still in the oven!
It was pretty well done by the time we got home.
