Potage Parmentier

Potage Parmentier (potato and leek soup with crème fraîche), duck saucisson sec, roasted broccoli with smoked paprika and garlic, and salad with palm hearts and olives. Wine: Rusack Sauvignon Blanc Ballard Canyon 2017.

This is one of my favorite soups, and it went well with the last of the duck sausage (from D’Artagnan) leftover from a charcuterie night. The wine is one of my favorite Sauvignon Blancs.
