BATHING DRESS

Half an hour in the park again left me with too many blips to choose from. I saw so many different birds in there today just by standing under a small group of trees that were loaded with berries which the birds were so intent on eating that they let me get quite close. So here's one from a nearby puddle instead. A female blackbird fluffing out her breast feathers while she took a vigorous bath.

I must remember to take a bag of duck food with me next time. I was mugged by the ducks as soon as I went in, with one of them pulling at my shoelaces and another pecking at my back pocket while the rest just milled around my feet! They've obviously decided not to let me take photos for free any more!
