Motley crew!

Full class at training today so had to take a quick picture. Can’t face my camera after the last few days of taking sooo many photographs! Phone was good, and easy and instant! It was a cold afternoon with damp, windy and cold conditions. But Ali worked well. We just ran through basic exercises which is good. It’s good to do courses, but exercises are good to work through. We have a good laugh, and although we all compete at a high level we are not competitive in training. We laugh and tease each other. Always uplifting!
