So, what we can see are two chalk marks, indicating where the concrete TEK barrier is to be placed. Yes, it’s that time of the year...Christmas is coming, time to get the concrete defences up around the Christmas markets. All thanks to Merkel, deciding on her own, when she had no right to do so.
