Flight of the Snow Geese

Last week I had mentioned that we had seen some Snow Geese but when I went back a few days later they were gone. I thought for sure that they had migrated out of the area.

Well, today while we were out running errands I was pleasantly surprised to see these beauties! We had to drive around a little to find the perfect location for photographing. We then had to walk out into a corn field to get as close as possible. Then R continued to walk towards them in order to "scare" them up off the field.
