Bratwurst

I do like a bratwurst. This stall appears each year at Union Square in the period leading up to Christmas. As far as I am concerned it could stay here all year.

Today I passed on the temptation as we are having an early dinner. It will be for another day. Sometimes I have to pass as it is just too cold to stand around freezing simply to enjoy the sausage.
