Nature Diary...Through Sunshine and Showers

Throughout the day the weather changed like a whirling snow globe bringing not snow (thankfully) but dark thunderous clouds, and bombardments of downpours of rain. Then everything would stop momentarily and, gloriously, the sun would break through and the little birds would appear from their shelters and dive for the feeders before the next downpour battered them, causing them to speed away for cover once more. Maybe tomorrow the weather will be kinder.
