A Mars a day...

... helps you blip rest and play, or so the old jingle might once have said. 
The work, rest and play theme was a bit tricky, and I'd almost decided not to even look out for anything. but hopefully the bench (rest) passing leisure cyclists (play) and M.O.D platform with workmen (rather small to notice, but please see extra for one) fit the bill.
After all that cycling, perhaps I need a Mars bar myself (shame I don't like them.)
