Cord tie

You see them daily. They are used to hold cables together nicely. They are made of plastic with a very thin iron wire as the core. Quite flexible and yet not fragile. I don't know what they are called exactly, that's why I call them cord-ties.
It was quite a mess to set up this bunch of cord ties straight and get them in balance.
