Baking

Bit of a damp and grey day. I’d been rudely awoken at 6am so my timings for the day went out of the window.

I cooked some lovely food for dinner (bit experimental as I doused chicken wrapped in bacon with lots and lots of honey, garlic purée and mustard). It was soooo good I’m going to make it again.

Baked pain flapjacks which turned out rather fabulous. So the biscuit barrel was washed, dried and put to good use again. I also made some dark chocolate flapjacks which are dangerously moorish- I may be in trouble! Send help!
