Today is International men's day (and my birthday!). The theme this year is "Making a Difference for Men and Boys," and focuses on promoting the need to value men and boys and help people make practical improvements in men and boy’s health and well-being. We need to promote positive male role models and challenge negative stereotyping as is often portrayed by the media. Success is having a fast car! 18 men a day die by their own hands in the UK.
