Well, the latest event in our never-ending soap opera...we had intended on painting the kitchen cabinet frame(s), but it was determined that they could not hold up the new granite countertop AND cast iron sink.  So now we must tear these fixtures out and put in completely new cabinets.  Estimated completion date is now sometime in December.  I hate this...
