still think its tad early to put the light up buy hey, it brightens the high street on a cold dark night.
busy day, started at 8:30 by walking jasper to the groomers, walked home then for a coffee in costa prior to the ladies prayer meeting. along walked back to pick him up. lunch the off to the hospital for cardiac assessment prior to starting at the gym.phsyio told me off saying i shouldn't bee at the gym till they give the say so. No one told me I couldn't carry on as normal after my stent so I carried on with personal training!!!!
walked home and had dinner and a relaxing evening to come as my meeting is cancelled for the second week.
yesterday i managed to damage my new sewing machine. derrr
