Michaelmas daisy

Our Michaelmas daisies are still flowering in the back garden, as blipped.

Today I've been very busy helping some colleagues with an urgent task. I'm pleased that I still managed to fit in a ride on my exercise bike at lunchtime.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike.
