Neidpath Castle

Could not waste another day of frosty weather so went down to Peebles to walk upstream of the Tweed, passing Neidpath Castle.

As expected, the frost created a winter wonderland, thickly coating trees and vegetation, except for areas where weak sunshine had melted the frost, to show the remaining autumn colour, see extras.

Main photo was taken from the trees on the opposite bank, the extra (top) is from the level ground further west, (lower) across the old railway bridge, looking south.
